- Harass, threaten, impersonate or mislead another person or organization.
- Distribute malware, malicious code, phishing content or harmful files.
- Violate privacy, intellectual-property or other legal rights.
- Circumvent security controls or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Use messaging functionality in violation of applicable provider rules or policies.
- Collect, process or use personal information without an appropriate legal basis.
- Use the service to facilitate illegal products, services or activities.
Messaging Consent
Customers are responsible for obtaining any consent or permission required before contacting recipients and for honoring unsubscribe, opt-out and similar requests where applicable.
Third-Party Platform Rules
When using integrations with third-party messaging platforms, you are responsible for complying with the terms, policies and technical limitations imposed by those platforms.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, recipients or third parties.
