Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your XovaraChat subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable once access to the software has been activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily provide a refund for a subscription period that has already started.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly with your account email and relevant transaction information so we can investigate.
